Complex of two buildings erected at different times.

The southern building is known as s'Rèschlan house: a house with a simple plan and a corridor running along the northern wall. This original structure, which can be dated to the first half of the 18th century, was later expanded to the East.

At the end of the 19th century, a whole new building (s'Schmìdilan House) was added to the Northern side of s'Rèschlan House. The two buildings are connected where the corridors of the two buildings T. In other words, the corridor of the new building is perpendicular to that of the old one, which runs alongside the northern wall of the old building. The building is characterized by the protective and decorative round shingle siding that can sometimes be found on Sappada's houses.
