Class Type A.2cc

Date: 1846

Built in the second quarter of the 19th century, the Graz Tróiar house is a rare example of a Sappada traditional wooden house, with the central corridor crossing it along the North-South axis rather than the East-West, as customary. Another particularity of the Graz Tróiar house is the way the roof slants into a small triangular pitch, corresponding to the top of the façade. The frontal profile of the roof, therefore, takes on the shape of the three smaller sides of a trapezium.
